IT Solutions Builds a Bridge to the Future at 2026 Sales Kick-off in Las Vegas, NV

LAS VEGAS, NV – February 3, 2026 – IT Solutions gathered in Las Vegas last week for the 2026 Sales Kick‑Off (SKO), a three‑day event designed to align teams, strengthen cross‑functional execution, and set the tone for the year ahead. With leadership updates, hands‑on training, product announcements, sponsor showcases, and a full awards ceremony, SKO brought together colleagues from across North America to reflect on 2025 achievements and prepare for an ambitious 2026.

Leadership Kickoff: A Clear Path Forward

SKO opened with remarks from CEO Gerry Pearce, who shared an energizing outlook on the year ahead. Reflecting on major milestones from 2025—from acquisition integration to process maturity and expanded vertical offerings—Gerry emphasized that IT Solutions is entering 2026 with a solid foundation and a clear mandate: execute with focus.

“We’ve got the winning combination of the right people, culture, accountability, and technology to take customer success to the next level”, he told the group, underscoring the importance of culture, accountability, AI investment, and security-first delivery as ITS continues to scale.

Joining SKO for his first major company address, COO Jason Hilling shared a practical and forward‑leaning view of the road ahead. Drawing on his background in global operations, cybersecurity, and sales leadership, Jason encouraged the team to view 2026 as a year of refinement, not reinvention.

“We don’t have to transform this company,” he said. “All we actually have to do is pretty much do what we’re doing—and drive continuous improvement to meet and exceed our clients’ expectations.”

His message highlighted ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and the connection between strategy, delivery, and customer experience.

Keynote speaker John Coyle, Olympic silver medalist and author, delivered a powerful session on strengths-based leadership and human-centered design. Blending storytelling with performance psychology, Coyle urged attendees to “race your strengths” and rethink their approach to personal and professional growth. His reminder that “You don’t get better at what you’re bad at—you get amazing at what you’re already great at” resonated broadly across the organization.

Department Updates: Alignment Across the Client Journey

Across all departments, a shared theme emerged: greater alignment, clearer standards, and a unified approach to the customer lifecycle.

  • Customer Management Office (CMO): VP of Client Success, Kate Smith, outlined several initiatives to elevate client strategy and consistency, including a revamped Customer 360 program to improve visibility, standardized Win Plans for Strategic Advisors, and the ongoing Great Migration to unify legacy agreements under a single portfolio.
  • Managed Services: VP of Managed Services, Dustin Miller, showcased progress in ITS’s operational evolution, including the launch of the Deployment Services Center and the advancement of the company’s Target Operating Model, which standardizes tooling, service desk structure, and delivery operations across all regions.
  • Professional Services: VP of Professional Services, Kevin Geiger, highlighted enhancements to project delivery, including improved communication workflows, a dedicated scoping function, new flat-fee project offerings, and expanded capabilities in cloud, security, SharePoint, and application development.
  • Sales Enablement & Technology (SET): VP of Solutions Enablement, Tyler Sanders, unveiled a refreshed product lineup, including the newly launched Total IT Co-Managed offering, a restructured Amplify portfolio for midmarket organizations, and expanded cybersecurity programs to support clients as they mature their IT and security posture.
